Craig Hayman is president, eBay Enterprise. Hayman joined eBay Enterprise in July 2014, bringing more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership experience. He most recently served as Worldwide General Manager of IBM's Industry Cloud Solutions, where he led acquisitions of more than a dozen companies, greatly expanding the company's commerce business. Prior to this role, he was General Manager for IBM's WebSphere business where he drove increases in customer satisfaction, revenue, profit and market share gains. Throughout his career, Hayman has built strong, high-performing teams and worked with professionals across Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Ecommerce and Government services to help increase the engagement of employees, consumers, partners and citizens.
Tom Barone is vice president GM Omnichannel Operations for eBay Enterprise and is responsible for leading fulfillment, transportation, and customer service solutions across the business. Barone joined the company in 2007 as part of the Accretive Commerce acquisition, where he held roles of chief operating officer and EVP of Sales and Marketing. Previously, Barone spent 17 years with GE in a variety of supply chain, operations, sales, marketing and product management roles. His last role at GE was running the North America supply chain operation for GE Plastics, a $2B business unit within GE.
Paul Cataldo is vice president and general counsel of eBay Enterprise. Cataldo has served in a variety of positions within eBay Enterprise's legal department for the past 12 years. Prior to joining eBay Enterprise, Cataldo practiced law with the Philadelphia-based law firm of Blank Rome LLP.
Steve Denton is vice president GM Marketing Solutions for eBay Enterprise. Denton joined eBay Enterprise in 2010 as the president of eBay Enterprise Media and was most recently responsible for leading the company's display, retargeting and performance marketing organizations, including FetchBack and PepperJam Exchange. Denton has more than 13 years of digital media experience and has been successfully helping retailers and ecommerce companies for the past 20 years acquire and maintain customers using technology and services as an effective and efficient way to grow their businesses. Prior to joining eBay Enterprise, Denton served as the president of Rakuten LinkShare and has held leadership positions at FedEx, Pepsi and Cross Commerce Media.

Phillip DePaul joined eBay Enterprise as vice president chief financial officer in September 2012. As a veteran of the eBay Inc. family since 2008, DePaul was Chief Accounting Officer responsible for leading eBay's global accounting and shared services organizations. Most recently, DePaul led PayPal's global finance functions and provided financial oversight for PayPal's operations, technology and marketing teams. Prior to joining eBay Inc., DePaul worked in various finance, controller and audit roles at Ernst & Young LLP and OfficeMax.
Tobias Hartmann is vice president GM Enterprise Services. He joined eBay Enterprise from D+S GmbH, a leading European customer management group offering customer service, billing solutions and end-to-end ecommerce services, where he served as the chief operating officer of D+S, a position he held since 2005. Prior to his role with D+S GmbH, he was with Loyalty Partner GmbH serving as a member of the Management Board, where he was part of creating Europe's leading loyalty platform with more than 30 million participating cardholders. He oversaw Loyalty Partner's brand management, database marketing, customer service, operations, IT, account management and rewards program. His experience also includes working for international top management consultancy firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in France and Germany.

Mark Kirschner is vice president, chief marketing officer, eBay Enterprise. Most recently, Kirschner was vice CMO, Executive Officer for global marketing and communications at Rakuten Inc. Before that, he ran global marketing, product management and public relations as CMO of Rakuten LinkShare. Kirschner brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce and product management with technology and media companies. This includes global brands such as Scholastic, Walt Disney Co., Learningsmith, MTV/Viacom and NEC.
Mark Lavelle is senior vice president GM Commerce Technologies, eBay Enterprise. Lavelle has held a number of leadership positions within eBay, including SVP of strategy and business development for both eBay Inc. and PayPal, and co-founded Bill Me Later, acquired by eBay in 2008. With more than 15 years of internet, commerce and payments experience, Lavelle's background includes successfully developing and executing global product strategies, major internet partnerships, acquisitions and joint ventures, and startup fundraising, investing and advising.
Bill Mills is vice president of corporate strategy & development and is responsible for strategic growth initiatives through organic development, partnerships and acquisitions. Before joining eBay Enterprise, he served as the SVP of Corporate Development at Forbes Media, the CEO & CFO at Vindigo Wireless, and VP of Corporate Development at DoubleClick Inc. His corporate development background is supplemented with 10 years of investment banking experience with Salomon Brothers and Bear Stearns. Mills earned his CPA while with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and received an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
Veronica O’Shea joined eBay Enterprise as vice president of worldwide sales & alliances in December 2014. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, SAP Americas where she was responsible for strategy, business operations, revenue performance, and customer relationships in the West region. Under her direction, the region achieved double digit revenue growth, most notably in the Big Data, analytics and BI solutions, mobile applications, data integration, and enterprise cloud service arenas. Prior to joining SAP, O'Shea had a distinguished 16-year career at Oracle and held several senior executive positions responsible for major account sales, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. Under her leadership, teams scaled in talent and consistently overachieved against revenue goals and profitability.
Frank Paleno is chief information officer, eBay Enterprise. He joined the company in 2005 to lead Technical Engineering and Operations and was most recently responsible for delivering large-scale technology projects for clients. As Chief Information Officer, Paleno provides strategic oversight for the organization’s technology initiatives while cultivating IT excellence across our infrastructure, operations and systems to ensure eBay Enterprise remains at the forefront of commerce technology, enabling peak performance for brands and retailers. Throughout his career, Frank served as a technology executive at Medco Health Solutions and has held leadership positions with NatWest, Barclays, and Citibank.
Tara Trunfio is head of human resources for eBay Enterprise. She is responsible for all aspects of the company's HR capabilities, designed to drive business performance, and the continuing evolution of corporate culture. Over the past 16 years, Trunfio has held several senior HR leadership positions within the company. Before joining eBay, she worked in management roles at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Accountants-on-Call. Trunfio received an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University and a BS in HR from the University of Delaware.
